Shipping policy

Shipping options may vary depending on the delivery address, availability of the product and what time you place your order. When the order is processed the delivery method, time and cost will be indicated.

NOTE:

·         Please be aware that deliveries are only made on working days.

·         Please remember that the shipping address of your order must be the same as the location(country) of your purchase.

·         Please retain emails for your records.

EU SHIPPING:

Within the EU, the customer should receive an order in 2 to 4 working days after it has been shipped out. After authorization of the payment, it can take 2 days for us to process your order and ship it. However, this is just an estimate and does not include weekends or holidays. Delivery can take longer in remote areas.

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at the checkout.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

All International orders are shipped through a trusted courier service and are delivered in 8 to 10 working days, after the order has been shipped out. After your payment is authorized, it can take up to 2 working days to process the order. However, this is only an estimate and does not include weekends or holidays.

TAXES AND IMPORT DUTIES:

·         All international orders may be subjected to taxes and duties

·         Any applicable customs fees and taxes are the responsibility of the customers.

·         Customs authority require declaration of the value of the order directly on the order.

·         Taxes and fees vary and depend on many factors such as location, material value item, etc.

·         If consignee does not have a valid commercial registration, shipment may return back to origin without any notice.
